Not sure on any stats, but I did a simple 2 hour hike on Mount Tam today. It was gorgeous up there. Really foggy in the city and most of the way in the car up the mountain. But when we got to the trail head, we were just above and beyond the fog ring. Mostly flat, a little climbing, but hiking appears to be like biking is for me. I can probably just go and go and go as long as I eat and hydrate and have good gear. :)

The ride was awesome. I rode 503 out of 545 miles. Not bad on a first effort. Naturally, I must go again so that next year I can ride all 545 miles.
